How do I join the scheme and get access to the discounts?
To join the scheme and access all the discounts we have on offer, you need to work for the Police Federations or have a family member who works for them. You can then join the scheme by going here
I've lost my Gold Card or need additional cards for my family members.
Gold discount cards can be requested by filling in our contact form, by emailing us at info@sd-uk.co.uk or by calling 01942 612000. Remember, Police Federation members can use there valid Police I.D.
Is there a cost for Police Federation members to use the scheme?
The discount scheme run by Staff Discounts UK is completely free of charge for the Police Federation.
How do I get the discounts advertised?
To obtain the discounts you see listed on this website you simply show your Gold Discount Card or an Official ID at the time of ordering / purchasing the goods or services.
Can I get discounts in other areas/towns?
Yes, you can use your Police Federation ID or Gold Discount Card to obtain discounts all over the UK. Providing the business is listed on our website, they'll give you the discount.
Can my family use the scheme?
Family members of people working for the Police Federation are allowed to use the scheme. They will however need a Gold Discount Card. Gold discount cards can be requeted by filling in our contact form, by emailing us at info@sd-uk.co.uk or by calling 01942 612000.
What should I do if a business refuses or disputes the advertised discount?
All the businesses listed on this website will give you the advertised discount. However, if you do have any issues obtaining a discount that is currently on display, fill in our contact form or call us on 01942 612000.

All members and there familes have to produce their Police Federation Gold Card to obtain the discount on offer.
How is the discount scheme promoted to the Police Federation Members?
Posters will be installed in appropriate areas throughout the Police Stations, Emails will be sent throughout the year and it will be promoted in Police Federation newsletters.
